HYUNDAI Corporation Group (HYUNDAI Corporation, HYUNDAI Corporation Holdings) held annual general meeting of stockholders in March 22 (Friday), 08:30AM and 10:00AM respectively at Yeonwoo Hall, 17F of YTN Bldg, Susong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, where the head office of two companies are located.

First, HYUNDAI Corporation having the 43rd anniversary tabled all five bills such as △ approval of financial statement △ partial change of articles of association △ selection of directors △ selection of members of auditing committee △ approval of compensation limit of director, in order and resolved as proposed on the original bills. HYUNDAI Corporation selected Choi Kwan, professor of Business Administration of Seonggyunkwan University regarding to the selection of director. HYUNDAI Corporation Holdings having the 3th anniversary also tabled all five bills such as △ approval of financial statement △ partial change of articles of association △ selection of director △ selection of member of auditing committee △ approval of compensation limit of director, in order and resolved as proposed.

Meanwhile, based on connected financial statement 2018, HYUNDAI Corporation revealed sales amount KRW 4.714 trillion, operating profits KRW 50.5 billion while HYUNDAI Corporation Holdings revealed sales amount KRW 165.4 billion and operating profits KRW 7.8 billion.
