First, all our employees are deeply aware that proper implementation of the strategic materials export control system is a corporate social responsibility essential for international security and global peace, and we strive to put this into practice.

Secondly, all our employees endeavor to establish the necessary organizations and operational systems for the autonomous management of strategic materials, and all company divisions actively cooperate to ensure the efficient and systematic operation of the autonomous export control organization.

Thirdly, all our employees fully cooperate with the government’s strategic materials export control policies and strive to prevent illegal exports or any violations of the Foreign Trade Act involving strategic materials.

Compliance with relevant laws and regulations is both a duty and responsibility of all employees, and the operation of the compliance program is carried out under the responsibility of every employee.
