Hyundai Corporation and KEPCO KDN have entered into the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for overseas business collaboration on power energy ICT and smart grid field.
Major cooperative fields are △ power ICT and smart grid overseas business, △ joint marketing for developing overseas business and market, △ other requirements for cooperation following mutual stipulation.
Both companies held the MOU signing ceremony at the Seoul Head Office of Hyundai Corporation on the 13th (Fri) at 11 am with Managing Director Lee Yoo Kyung of Industrial Plant Division of Hyundai Corporation, Director Moon Je-dal of Smart Grid Business Dept of KEPCO KDN, and other pertinent officers in attendance.
With the powerful global business know-how of Hyundai Corporation and outstanding energy ICT technology of KEPCO KDN combining, this MOU is part of the endeavors for both companies to generate the new future growth engine in the overseas market.
